WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash said that he was lucky to be in the place he is after multiple medical issues two years ago.

In a latest tweet posted via his X account , Big Daddy Cool revealed that he had been travelling a lot lately. However, until two years ago, that was not possible for him due to major injuries. He said that he had herniated discs in his back and problems in his left quad, with the muscle atrophying at an alarming rate.

The WWE legend underwent stem cell procedures for his issues and was able to regain the quality of life while not undergoing surgery. You can read Nash's tweet below:

Have been traveling a ton lately. Putting in serious steps and pushing my pace. Two years ago I thought my life was going to crash and burn after herniation my L-1-2-3 lumbar disc's. My left quad wouldn't fire. The muscle was atrophying at a alarming rate. Got three opinions and…

"Have been traveling a ton lately. Putting in serious steps and pushing my pace," he began by saying. "Two years ago I thought my life was going to crash and burn after herniation my L-1-2-3 lumbar disc's. My left quad wouldn't fire. The muscle was atrophying at a alarming rate. Got three opinions and all involved surgical procedures.

"I sent my MRI's to the specialist @BioXcelleratorand they felt the stem cell treatment could prevent a surgical procedure. I don't thank the medical advances that saved my quality of life and allowed me to return 100% surgery free. If you are in a position that mimics mine please consider @BioXcellerator . I don't know anyone that has just one back surgery."

Kevin Nash made his professional wrestling debut in 1990 and got signed by the global juggernaut, WWE, in 1993. He debuted under the name Diesel as Shawn Michaels' bodyguard and then went on to become a top singles star, winning multiple titles including the WWE Championship.

He and Scott Hall left WWE to join rival promotion, WCW, in 1996, where they formed the infamous faction, nWo, alongside Hulk Hogan.

Moreover, the hard physical nature of the business took its toll on Big Sexy. He suffered multiple injuries throughout his career like a torn quad on an episode of RAW in 2002, and biceps injury before that. In 2003, Nash stepped away from in-ring action to undergo neck surgery.

In 2005, he even battled a staph infection when he was a part of TNA. Over the years, Nash underwent procedures for knee replacements, herniated discs and other injuries. However, that did not stop him being an active part of the industry with his podcast, non-wrestling appearances and continuing to contribute as a veteran of the business.
